You can go to Alibag by S.T. bus from Mumbai.  From Mumbai to Alibag having daily 35-40 S.T. buses, also Borivali, Thane, Kalyan, Pune, Kolhapur, Miraj, Nashik having buses to alibag for journey.  The functioning and facilities of Alibag S.T. Depot are best so you can enjoy the journey.

     You can go to Alibag from Mumbai via sea. Get down at Bhaucha Dhakka (Pheri warf) there is two ticket windows.  Out of which one for Mumbai to Rewas , and other for Uran.  Also available Reservation facility. The journey between Mumbai to Rewas is of one and half and hour by launch. The launch is major attraction of tourist. The launch service available from 6pm to 6am for tourist by hour.  You can enjoy tea, foods and music in the launch.  In this journey you can also enjoy Uran sea beach, beauty of Mumbai city and Rewas beach which is surrounded by  Cypress groves . S.T. Depot is near from Rewas Jetty.  Alibag journey is just one hour from Rewas jetty.

         The other sea way is the Gateway-of-India (Mumbai) for Alibag.  P.N.P.Services, Maaldar and Ajantha's Katmaran( speedboats), also have Ajantha's, Alsiddhik's Launch Services are available for Mandawa jetty. The distance between Gateway of India and Mandawa jetty is nearly one hour for launch and 45-50 minutes for Katmaran.  The distance from Mandawa to Alibag is about half hour by their luxury bus.  You can't enjoy this sea journey in rainy season.
